Key Responsibilities- Achieve set sales targets on a daily basis by providing exceptional guest experience and delivering outstanding customer service.
- Provide relevant and accurate information to prospective members and guests, handling enquiries in line with company processes and systems.
- Conduct tours of the centre/facility to turn prospective members into ongoing subscribers.
- Process memberships and data entry in line with company processes and policy.
- Stay up-to-date with centre services and activities to provide informed advice to guests.
- Apply sound cash handling principles and use of Point of Sale (POS) systems.
- Demonstrate behaviours consistent with the Belgravia Leisure Values.
- Current First Aid (Level 2)
- Current CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Working with Children's Check
