Job Overview:

The In-Field Team Excellence Manager is responsible for coordinating the Know > Plan > Do framework for In-Field Team members, elevating and evolving teams with tools, skills, and behaviours that deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the execution of the IFTe methodology through the Know, Plan, Do framework
  • Communicate expectations and timelines for critical tasks in the Know, Plan, Do framework to internal stakeholders, including BUMs, NSMs, commercial IFT members, CEX, and BTS teams
  • Maintain optimal communication between CEX, BTS, commercial In-Field teams, BUMs, NSMs, and BUDs to inform operational effectiveness and capability building for IFTs
  • Define, communicate, and maintain the operating rhythm of the commercial In-Field teams
