Key Responsibilities
- Assist in receiving and processing purchase orders and building documentation
- Coordinate delivery schedules and manage special materials and floor systems
- Support purchasing and inventory management
- Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department
- Monitor and respond to incoming emails
- Provide general administrative support
Ideal Candidate Requirements
- Eligible to undertake a traineeship
- Professional, well-presented, and enthusiastic individual
- Motivated with a positive attitude towards learning and development
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
- Possession of a driver's license and access to own transport is preferred
