Job Description

Kick start your career with a Business Traineeship at East Coast Apprenticeships.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer phones, receive customers, and assist the internal sales team with filing and paperwork.
  • Co-ordinate delivery schedules, receive Purchase orders, and build documentation.
  • Order special materials and floor systems, and ensure timely delivery to sites.
  • Assist with Purchasing of Stock, answer calls, and direct them to the appropriate department.
  • Monitor and answer incoming emails, and support all staff and customers as required.
  • Perform data entry, filing, and scanning documents using Microsoft Office Suite and other administrative programs.

Ideal Candidate Requirements:

  • Eligible to undertake a Traineeship
  • Professional, well-presented, enthusiastic, reliable, and punctual
  • Motivated with a positive attitude towards learning and development
  • General computer skills, experience with Microsoft Office Suite preferred
  • Possession of a driver's licence and access to own transport is preferred and highly regarded
