**Job Opportunity: Parcel Sorter**

We're seeking a reliable and physically capable individual to join our team as a parcel sorter during our peak season.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sort parcels and mail manually or with the assistance of machines using scanners
  • Loading and unloading mail from containers, trays, and bags
  • Operating sophisticated processing equipment and lines
  • Using load shifting equipment such as hand pallet devices and stackers in collaboration with operations staff

Requirements:

  • Able to work regularly from October onwards
  • Enjoy a physical role involving lifting up to 16kgs of mail and parcels frequently
  • Good memory and attention to detail
  • Safety-conscious and able to operate equipment like conveyors and loading/lifting devices safely
  • Comfortable handling parcels containing meat and/or alcohol products
