As a key player in the Department of Communities and Justice, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality mail services to various business units.

This includes managing mail opening and sorting, digital mail, manual handling of boxes, and liaising with courier service providers and internal teams. Mail privacy and security are crucial aspects of this role.

You will work closely with stakeholders to resolve complex issues and ensure seamless delivery of digital and hardcopy mail and courier items.

Your expertise will be sought after by colleagues across the department to provide guidance on mail services and standards. You will also support the Senior Services Officer in monitoring and liaising with contracted service providers.

The Shared Services & Customer Experience branch is committed to enhancing customer experience through value-added shared services and performance solutions.

To succeed in this role, you should have prior experience in managing mail and courier service providers, a solid understanding of physical and digital mail end-to-end processes, and excellent communication and customer service skills.
