About the Role:

We are seeking a Senior Financial Planning and Analysis Manager to play a crucial role in ensuring the accuracy and integrity of our financial records. As a key member of our finance team, you will be responsible for various accounting functions, including financial reporting, reconciliations, and compliance.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide support to the Finance Manager in the areas of monthly P&L and Balance Sheet reporting
  • Supervise the Assistant Accountant and ensure accurate and timely results
  • Complete monthly accruals, prepayment, and allocation journals
  • Drive accurate and piercing insights through the P&L review
  • Prepare the balance sheet account reconciliations
  • Provide accurate and timely reporting to the business in line with Australian Accounting Standards and Statutory requirements
  • Assist in the preparation of yearly financial and statutory reporting
  • Prepare and lodge the FBT return
  • Assist in audit processes as required

Candidate Profile:

To be successful in this role, you will hold a relevant degree and be either CA or CPA-qualified or in the process of completing your studies. You will have experience in a large organisation within a high-volume data environment and be highly energetic, looking to develop your experience in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
