We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Policy Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in policy development, implementation, and management.

The role involves leading the development of high-quality written advice, briefings, reports, and correspondence. This includes designing and implementing controlled document management procedures and robust complaint management frameworks.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and sustain relationships with key stakeholders. They will also be able to comprehensively research, interpret, and critically analyze legislation and policies.

Key responsibilities include planning the program of work and tasks that align with strategic priorities, communicating expected outcomes, and addressing internal audit recommendations.
