Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced Account Receivable Associate to join our team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process accounts receivable transactions and maintain accurate records of incoming payments.
  • Assist in issuing invoices and billing statements to clients promptly and accurately.
  • Monitor customer accounts for overdue payments and follow up on outstanding balances.
  • Handle customer inquiries, resolve payment discrepancies, and provide excellent customer service.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile accounts and ensure financial accuracy.
  • Assist in preparing reports on accounts receivable status and ageing analysis.
  • Support month-end and year-end financial closing procedures.

Requirements:

  • Prior experience in accounting or finance is advantageous but not mandatory; fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Degree or certificate in Accounting, Finance, or a related field is preferred but not necessary.
  • Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Proficient computer skills, including knowledge of Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and proactive attitude towards taking on new challenges.
