Urology Nursing Care Specialist

This role is for a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) who will assist and coordinate comprehensive nursing care for patients to achieve optimal health outcomes. The LPN will collaborate with healthcare teams to deliver patient-focused care, manage daily operations, and work professionally in a medical office environment.
Key Responsibilities- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to provide holistic patient care.
- Assist in the coordination of patient services to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Maintain accurate records and communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare providers.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient satisfaction and outcomes.
- Contribute to a positive and respectful work environment that promotes professional growth and development.
- Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
- Current license to practice practical nursing in the state where employed.
- Previous experience in a similar setting may be required.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and concepts.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Word and Excel.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.

The salary range for this position is $24.93-$29.92 per hour, commensurate with experience.
