Lead Customer Experience

- As a Customer Experience Leader, you will take pride in contributing to a customer experience that is welcoming and inspiring for customers, team members and the community.
The Coles Online Department helps get our online orders selected and packed in-store by a team of Personal Shoppers. The orders are then picked up as part of our click and collect / concierge service or delivered to our customers in our Coles delivery vans.
Key ResponsibilitiesYou will have full accountability for the day-to-day running of the online department. To keep things simple and inspire customers, you will ensure Coles' visual merchandising, safety, compliance and stock management standards are met.
RequirementsLeadership experience with the ability to coach and develop your team. A team approach to meeting sales targets, cost control and rostering needs.
