Lead Clinical Operations Coordinator

The Opportunity:

Are you a seasoned clinical professional seeking a new leadership challenge?

This is your chance to step into a pivotal role at a Residential Aged Care Home, where you'll help lead the clinical operations and ensure our residents receive exceptional care in line with industry standards.

This is an ideal role for someone with strong change management skills and a genuine passion for uplifting people, culture and care outcomes.

Full-time, permanent role – may include occasional weekend work

Based within our Residential Aged Care Home

To be considered, you'll need current registration and proven experience within the aged care sector.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Organising and facilitating case conferencing to partner with consumers and their representatives in the development of care provisions and plans;
  • Be a clinical care leader and go-to contact within the home
  • Provide expert case management alongside the Home Manager
  • Monitor and improve clinical outcomes through audits and quality initiatives
  • Support policy development and implementation for resident care
  • Lead, coach and inspire staff to deliver outstanding care
