Clinical Operations Manager

The Role:

  • Are you an experienced Clinical Operations Manager looking to drive exceptional care outcomes?

This is an ideal position for someone with strong leadership skills and a genuine passion for uplifting people, culture, and care.

Working alongside the Residential Care Team, you will lead the clinical operations of the home, ensuring our residents receive outstanding care in line with the Aged Care Quality Standards.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing comprehensive care plans to meet the unique needs of consumers;
  • Leading a team of skilled professionals to deliver high-quality care services;
  • Monitoring and improving clinical outcomes through audits and quality initiatives;
  • Supporting policy development and implementation for resident care;
  • Coaching and inspiring staff to deliver outstanding care results;

About You:

  • Registered Nurse with current AHPRA registration;
  • Proven experience in clinical leadership and management in residential aged care;
  • Strong skills in assessments, care planning, and change management;
  • Sound understanding of aged care funding models;
  • Commitment to best practice and continuous improvement.
