Talent International is currently recruiting for a skilled Strategic Policy Officer to work with one of our Federal Government clients. The position is a 6-month contract role with the possibility of extension.
Key Responsibilities:
- Gathering and developing structured insights and recommendations to understand complex problems.
- Developing fact-based quantitative and qualitative analysis, including modeling in Microsoft Excel.
- Drafting components of materials for senior internal and external stakeholders, including the Minister, Board, and Senior Leadership Team to communicate perspectives, recommendations, and implications for the Agency.
- Presenting recommendations and facilitating discussions with a range of Agency stakeholders and leadership.
- Drafting content to embed change, including policy papers, guidance materials, and action plans.
