This is an opportunity to lead a motivated and high-performing team in the NSWPF on strategic policy and legislative reform. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of policy development and implementation, as well as excellent leadership and communication skills.

Key responsibilities will include:
  • Developing and implementing policy initiatives and reforms
  • Leading a team of policy officers to achieve Departmental objectives
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure effective policy implementation
  • Providing advice to senior management on policy matters
