Leading a team to deliver exceptional customer service is crucial for our department's success. As a Department Manager, you will be responsible for motivating your team to provide top-notch service to every customer. You will work closely with the store's Management Team and be accountable for creating engaging in-store experiences, maintaining merchandising & visual standards, and driving financial results for your department.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Set an example of exceptional customer service, every customer, every time
  • Coach team members to deliver outstanding service and foster a 'service over task' environment
  • Develop and maintain product & brand knowledge for your department
  • Support management team to enhance financial performance within your department
  • Collaborate with back of house team to ensure product availability
  • Ensure company standards are upheld and store visual excellence is delivered

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

  • 2-3 years leadership experience within retail or a related industry
  • Passionate about crafting an amazing service experience and culture for our customers
  • Proven track record in driving and exceeding set KPIs and effective communication with all stakeholders
  • Excellent time management skills to ensure daily priorities are executed efficiently
  • Thrives in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment
  • Openly shares knowledge with the wider team to achieve common goals
  • Ability to enthusiastically view challenges as opportunities for development and growth
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, exceling in social situations through engagement with customers
