We are seeking an experienced Scheduler to join our team. As a key member of our project management team, you will be responsible for managing and controlling the contract master schedule (CMS), including the work breakdown structure, and monitoring all variances against the approved project baseline.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and control the baselined Contract Master Schedule (CMS), including the Work Breakdown Structure, and monitor all variances against the approved project baseline.
- Gather inputs from product leads and technical teams to capture and analyse inter-dependencies, scope, risks, constraints, and milestones in relation to the CMS.
- Proactively identify scheduling issues and implement mitigation strategies to support project objectives.
- Analyse project status data to support management meetings and contribute to monthly Earned Value Management (EVM) reporting.
We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced Scheduler with a strong ability to engage and collaborate across complex stakeholder environments. Key qualifications include:
- A background in large, complex defence-related projects.
- Proficiency in using MS Project for schedule development and management.
- Skills in creating schedules, setting and tracking baselines, and conducting updates and replanning activities.
