Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver Case Management: Coordinate rehabilitation services and develop tailored programs
  • Return to Work Barriers: Identify and address barriers to successful return to work
  • Client Support: Provide support for clients to restore functional performance and achieve successful outcomes
  • Vocational Rehabilitation Services: Deliver services across various schemes, including Life Insurance, NSW workers compensation, Comcare, Lifetime Care, and CTP
  • Pre-Employment Health Assessments: Conduct initial and ergonomic assessments
  • Stakeholder Liaison: Coordinate with various stakeholders and provide viable solutions and recommendations

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: Tertiary qualifications in occupational therapy, physiotherapy, exercise physiology, nursing, psychology, or social work
  • Registration: Full registration with the relevant governing body
  • Working Rights: Unrestricted Australian working rights
  • Driver's License: Current driver's license and comprehensively insured vehicle
