About the Role

This position plays a key role in facilitating rehabilitation for clients to regain their lives. As a Rehabilitation & Relationship Manager, you will work collaboratively with stakeholders to coordinate services aligned with the Transport Accident Act.

Key responsibilities include managing a portfolio of clients who have sustained injuries and developing plans that cater to their biopsychosocial needs. You will take a holistic approach, engaging with clients and stakeholders to ensure optimal recovery outcomes.

Client Management
  • Assess client needs and develop plans tailored to their biopsychosocial model.
  • Continuously review service provision effectiveness and adapt recovery plans as needed to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Engage with clients and stakeholders to facilitate return-to-work goals and programs supporting the client's recovery journey.
Empathy and Collaboration
  • Use empathy to engage in meaningful conversations with clients, employing motivational strategies to support them in their recovery.
  • Professionally collaborate with stakeholders to achieve best outcomes for clients.
