Job Description

We're seeking an experienced Traveling Superintendent to lead large-scale ground-up data center and mission critical projects across the country.

This is a long-term opportunity for a hands-on field leader who thrives in high-stakes, fast-paced environments.

  • You'll supervise all field operations on ground-up data center and mission critical projects.
  • Manage projects valued at $25M+ from start to finish.
  • Oversee subcontractors, vendors, and self-perform crews to ensure safety, schedule, and quality standards are met.
  • Travel nationwide on a full-time schedule, managing multiple high-profile projects.

As a seasoned professional, you'll bring expertise in:

  • 5+ years of experience as a Superintendent on large ground-up data center or mission critical projects.
  • Proven success managing budgets of $25M+
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to maintain a full nationwide travel schedule.
