Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Project Manager to lead our projects in the Charlotte area.

  • Budget oversight
  • Project execution and delivery
  • Accounts receivable management
  • Subcontractor procurement and agreements
  • Shop drawing and submittal management
  • Schedule creation and control
  • Safety and quality plan implementation
  • Client satisfaction and team collaboration
About This Role
  • College degree in construction management, engineering or related field
  • 10+ years experience in the construction industry with a minimum of seven years in project management
  • Strong knowledge of local Charlotte NC area
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Strong organizational skills
  • Experience with Procore is an asset
