Senior Administration Officer

We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Senior Administrative Officer to support the Operations Manager in our Cancer Services department. In this role, you will manage diaries and correspondence, handle sensitive matters with discretion, prepare reports, and provide secretariat support for meetings.

  • Provide administrative support to the Operations Manager, including managing schedules and responding to queries
  • Prepare reports and documents as required
  • Provide secretariat support for meetings, including agenda preparation and minute-taking

Key Requirements:

  • A highly organised individual with excellent communication skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, and Outlook
