We are seeking an exceptional People Planning Lead to join our team, driving the development of a cutting-edge workforce strategy that supports our ambitious transformation goals.
This is a unique opportunity for a visionary professional to shape the future of our Technology Department by:
- Designing and standardizing job families, creating a robust structure that aligns with business objectives;
- Establishing a system for capturing, storing, and utilizing SFIA skills data to inform strategic decisions;
- Collaborating with leaders and HR to map career pathways, integrate them into recruitment and performance processes, and promote them across the organization;
- Aligning training programs with career paths, developing proposals for targeted skills development;
- Guiding discussions on future team structure, managing workforce changes, and coordinating people movements in partnership with HR;
The ideal candidate will possess:
- A tertiary qualification in project management, human resources, business systems, or a related field;
- Demonstrated experience in people sourcing within Technology and projects domains;
- Strong attention to detail and planning and organizing skills; effective prioritization and meeting designated timeframes;
- Relevant certifications (nice to have): Workforce & Org Design, Change Management, SFIA, PMP etc.;
- Excellent communication skills - an open and collaborative communicator with proven ability to influence outcomes based on clear and concise messaging;
- Highly proficient with Microsoft suite of applications;
