Job Title: Business Banking Manager

Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Business Banking Manager to join our team. As a key member of our Metro & Specialised team, you will be responsible for providing leave cover for bankers and supporting customers across Melbourne's Inner-City & North-West.

In this role, you will utilize your strong commercial acumen and business banking skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You will work closely with the local Business Banking Executive and collaborate with stakeholders to drive business growth and development.

Our ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices, with a focus on sales, lending, credit assessment, and control experience. They will also have a commitment to risk management, excellent communication and problem-solving skills, and a passion for customer service.

Requirements
  • Experience within business banking and a desire to continue to develop your skills to progress your career
  • Comprehensive understanding of business and commercial practices with emphasis on sales, lending, credit assessment and control experience
  • Commitment to strong risk culture, conduct and compliance risk
  • Strong communication, problem solving and negotiation abilities to enable collaboration with customers, business partners and stakeholders
  • Strong passion for customer service and driving customer advocacy
  • Agile mindset and adaptive leadership skills
