Budage Pty Limited is a professional services firm delivering sound financial advice to all areas of the firm. Our Finance group is responsible for delivering financial and administration services to various areas of the firm.
Role Overview
This role will see you working within an experienced team, processing American Express and employee expense claims, complying with auditor requests, and monthly expense and transaction reporting.
Key Responsibilities
- Processing American Express and employee expense claims
- Complying with auditor requests
- Monthly expense and transaction reporting
- Analyzing and ensuring all expense claims are submitted by due date
- Internal cross charge journals
- Processing invoicing and ensuring they are paid in accordance with our relevant payment terms, when required
- Assisting with general legal accounting and accounts payable functions as directed by the National Accounts Payable Team Leader
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- Minimum 3 years' experience in an accounts payable or associated accounts administration role
- A high level of attention to detail
Salary Information
The estimated annual salary for this role is approximately $80,000 - $100,000, depending on location and experience.
