Key Responsibilities
  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and maintaining a safe and comfortable living environment for older individuals.
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping, ensuring our customers' nutritional needs are met.
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities, promoting mental and emotional well-being.
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as assisting with mobility and therapy goals.
  • Offer respite and emotional support to our customers and their families.
  • Transport customers to appointments and provide social support during these interactions.
  • Deliver complex care to customers with high care needs, such as dementia.

Requirements
  • You must care about assisting our aged community to live independently at home for longer.
  • You should have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle, as travel is a part of the role.
  • You should be able to remain calm and composed in challenging situations, prioritizing the needs of our customers.
  • You must be available to work at least three days a week, Monday to Friday, with no night or weekend work required.
  • You should be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems, knowing when to seek support from your Manager.
