About the Role

We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Home Care Worker to join our team in Hobart. As a Home Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our customers in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide domestic assistance, including cleaning and laundry
  • Assist with meal preparation and shopping
  • Offer social support and access to lifestyle activities
  • Provide personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management
  • Assist with mobility and therapy goals
  • Provide respite and emotional support
  • Transport customers to appointments

Requirements

  • You must have a current P1 class or above Australian Drivers License and a registered vehicle
  • You should be available to work at least 3 days per week, Monday to Friday
  • You should be comfortable working independently and finding solutions to everyday problems
