About the RoleWe are seeking a highly organised and communicative Recruitment Officer to join our People and Culture Team on a permanent full-time basis.
As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in the end-to-end recruitment process, advising hiring managers on recruitment and selection procedures, and identifying candidate sourcing opportunities.
You will have the opportunity to develop and post engaging job advertisements, conduct telephone screening and interviews, and perform onboarding activities.
Key Responsibilities- Coordinate and participate in the recruitment process
- Advise hiring managers on recruitment and selection procedures
- Identify candidate sourcing opportunities and apply employer branding
- Develop and post engaging job advertisements
- Conduct telephone screening and interviews
- Perform onboarding activities
- Strong administration skills and attention to detail
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Strong time management skills
- Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
- Working with Children's Card (Blue Card) or eligibility to apply
- National Police Check
- Driver's Licence
- Previous experience in administration or recruitment
- Knowledge and understanding of Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander societies and cultures
