About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Recruitment Officer to join our People and Culture Team on a permanent full-time basis.

As a Recruitment Officer, you will be responsible for coordinating and participating in the end-to-end recruitment process, advising hiring managers on recruitment and selection procedures, and identifying candidate sourcing opportunities.

You will have the opportunity to work with a diverse range of stakeholders, including hiring managers, candidates, and internal teams, to ensure a seamless and efficient recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and participate in the end-to-end recruitment process
  • Advise hiring managers on recruitment and selection procedures
  • Identify candidate sourcing opportunities and apply employer branding
  • Develop and post engaging job advertisements
  • Conduct telephone screening, interviews, and reference checks
  • Onboarding activities
