Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Knowledge Management Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will play a critical role in operationalizing our Knowledge Management Framework aligned with our strategic goals through clear and actionable processes, standards, and procedures.

The successful candidate will have 4+ years' experience in knowledge management, information science, organizational development or related field, preferably in Financial Services or FinTech. They will also possess demonstrated experience in technical writing, including producing, reviewing and documenting to a high standard, specific to process and procedure writing, and ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant style guides and standards from effective information gathering.

A strong understanding of quality written, verbal and interpersonal skills is essential, including the ability to interpret and apply policy, guidelines, business rules, analyze system processes and process map solutions. Additionally, extensive experience in developing standards, processes and procedures is required.
