Enterprise Architect – Wealth and Capital Markets

We are seeking a seasoned Enterprise Architect to lead the development and implementation of business, technical, application, enterprise, and solution architectures. This individual will drive architecture vision, strategy, and governance across multiple portfolios and guide solution development to align with enterprise blueprints and business goals.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Drive architecture vision and governance across multiple portfolios
  • Guide solution development to ensure alignment with enterprise blueprints and business goals
  • Mentor and lead architects and SMEs across programs
  • Engage with senior leaders and stakeholders to influence strategic direction
Requirements:Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • 10+ years in enterprise/solution architecture, including 3+ years in a lead or practice management role
  • Deep domain expertise in Wealth & Capital Markets, including:
    • Investment management platforms & portfolio administration systems
    • Superannuation, retirement income, and insurance products
    • Capital markets operations, trading platforms, and risk management systems
    • Financial advice and client relationship management (CRM) solutions
  • Strong understanding of regulatory and compliance frameworks
  • Experience leading digital transformation in wealth services
  • Skilled in system integration across banking, investment, and insurance platforms
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills (including C-level)
  • Familiarity with Agile delivery and complex vendor ecosystems
  • Relevant certifications (TOGAF, ITIL) highly regarded
