Transformation Leader Wanted

As a seasoned enterprise architect, you will drive transformative projects forward by leading engagements with clients to create strategic plans and assess their operating models. With deep knowledge of multiple systems and technologies, you will develop technical architecture diagrams to improve operational performance.

  • Elicit and assess functional requirements and processes, preparing fit/gap assessments.
  • Design solution visions and executable roadmaps to address client business requirements.
  • Collaborate with client stakeholders to understand guiding principles and decision drivers for digital solution selections.
  • Develop and implement AI-driven strategies to enhance architecture diagrams and patterns.
  • Contribute to RFP/RFI responses with architectural insights and technical differentiators.
  • Oversee the delivery of enterprise architecture/roadmap as the Engagement Lead.

Key Requirements:

  • 10+ years of experience leading enterprise architecture engagements.
  • Advanced skills in creating technical architecture diagrams, AI strategy, and solution design documentation.
  • Familiarity with PM approaches such as Waterfall, Agile, Hybrid.
  • Deep understanding of multiple systems and technologies; proven client pre-sales and relationship-building skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Knowledge of a wide range of applications and technical platforms.
  • Ability to collaborate with internal teams to align presales architecture with delivery capabilities.
