ICT Business Analyst Job Description">

The ICT Business Analyst plays a crucial role in understanding and documenting business processes and requirements for new and changing ICT systems. This involves collaborating with stakeholders to identify needs, reach agreement on objectives, and gain commitment to achieving results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse complex ICT business issues and apply expertise to identify and recommend courses of action.
  • Elicit and prioritise requirements, maintain product backlogs, develop user stories and acceptance criteria, develop use cases, and map processes.
  • Validate and ensure that deliverables meet business requirements.
  • Establish and maintain effective business relationships and professional networks.
  • Contribute to and implement improved ICT practices and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience working in the ICT sector as a Business Analyst or an ICT role closely related to a Business Analyst demonstrating the abilities to perform as a Business Analyst.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Experience with mentoring.
