The Intelligence and Information Systems (IIS) Division provides critical ICT infrastructure, systems and services for ACIC and its partner agencies. The Chief Information Officer Branch (CIO) is responsible for provision and support of ACIC's critical infrastructure, including data centres, networks, service desk, desktop, video, cyber security and enterprise architecture.

This role works in partnership with the agency Procurement team to deliver ICT procurements from transactional to strategic level. The ICT Sourcing Specialist supports Senior ICT Engineers in managing their ICT contracts by tracking renewals, licence consumption, and facilitating new procurements.

Key responsibilities include collaborating with team members, users and customers regionally dispersed, investigating complex issues, communicating fluently with both technical and non-technical audiences, planning and scheduling work to meet time and quality targets.

Required qualifications include a Cert IV in Procurement and Contracting or willingness to obtain the qualification. Eligibility includes being an Australian citizen and holding a minimum Negative Vetting 1 security clearance. Additionally, you must be fully vaccinated against COVID-19.
