Senior Business Development Manager - Wholesale Capital Raising

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the distribution strategy across high net worth individuals, family offices, and wealth groups. This role requires a self-driven individual with a strong focus on process and record keeping, as well as a solid understanding of private markets and compliance risks.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute a distribution strategy to engage with high net worth individuals, family offices, and wealth groups.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders in the private markets industry.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive growth and revenue.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators to inform business decisions.

Requirements:

  • Proven track record in wholesale capital raising from high net worth individuals, family offices, and wealth groups.
  • Previous experience as a Business Development or Sales Development Representative with a strong track record of achieving targets.
  • Strong understanding of private markets and compliance risks.
