Ambitious Education Coordinator

  • We are seeking an experienced and passionate coordinator to lead our After School Care (OSHC) program at a Catholic primary school in Lakemba.
  • The ideal candidate will thrive in a nurturing environment, be excited to make a difference in children's lives, and have a strong commitment to child safety.
About the Role

This is an exceptional opportunity for a dedicated educator to design and deliver engaging programs that spark curiosity, creativity, and joy in children.

You will work closely with educators to guide and support them so they feel confident and valued in their roles.

Strong partnerships with families and the school will be essential in creating a connected care environment.

Responsibilities
  • Design and deliver high-quality educational programs for children
  • Celebrate children's learning and achievements with their families
  • Champion child safety by overseeing attendance and bookings
  • Inspire and guide educators to ensure they feel valued and confident
  • Build strong relationships with families and the school community
Requirements
  • Diploma in Early Childhood Education and Care (or equivalent experience)
  • Experience working in an OSHC setting, with knowledge of before and after school programs
  • Current Child Protection Training Certificate
  • Up-to-date First Aid, CPR, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma Management certifications
  • Valid NSW Working With Children Check
