About the Role

We are excited to open a position for a creative and skilled Senior UX/UI Designer to join our Commodities and Global Markets division at Macquarie Group.

This role represents a fantastic opportunity for a driven individual to play a pivotal role in shaping digital experiences across our division. You will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to create innovative, user-centric solutions that meet both user needs and business goals.

Your Key Responsibilities

  • Drive the design process from Discovery to Delivery for various digital solutions, ensuring a cohesive user experience and visually compelling design across all platforms.

  • Conduct user research and usability testing to gather insights, validate concepts, and continuously improve the user experience.
  • Communicate user goals, tasks, needs, behaviors, and opportunities using visual artifacts such as service design maps, customer journey maps, user flows, wireframes, and more.
  • Develop prototypes and wireframes to communicate design concepts and facilitate user testing as well as craft visually appealing high-fidelity designs with attention to detail, adhering to brand guidelines and design systems.
