About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a skilled Digital Learning Experience Specialist to join our People Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering innovative learning experiences that meet the needs of our diverse workforce.

You will work closely with stakeholders and cross-functional project groups to understand and clarify learning needs, build learning solutions, and measure their impact. Your expertise will enable you to translate strategy and process into engaging learning outcomes, delivering materials, tools, and resources to support facilitated and digital delivery methods.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Work with stakeholders and project groups to identify and address learning gaps, develop problem statements, and gather insights from the learning audience.
  • Create human-centered, goal-oriented learning solutions that cater to various learning styles and preferences.
  • Develop high-quality learning materials for virtual or face-to-face instructor-led sessions, eLearning modules, training videos, quick reference guides, and assessment tools.
  • Analyze data to inform performance consulting, design, development, and impact evaluation of learning experiences.
  • Collaborate with a passionate community of learning professionals to ensure consistent and aligned learning experiences across the organization.
  • Contribute to the review and ongoing development of guiding principles, learning design standards, implementation methodologies, tools, and templates.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of instructional and digital learning design models.
  • Proficiency in using digital learning tools such as Articulate 360 (Rise, Storyline, and Studio), Vyond, Camtasia, or similar.
  • Experience with emerging tech trends for meaningful content creation, including web-based learning platforms, social learning, gamification, virtual reality, augmented reality, and HTML5.
  • Ability to communicate complex concepts and processes clearly and simply to diverse stakeholders.
  • Growth mindset with a continuous pursuit of improvement and incorporation of best practices in L&D strategies and methodologies.
