Dynamic Leader

We are seeking a dynamic leader to oversee Residential Care and Specialised Support programs.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring high-quality, trauma-informed care for physical, emotional and psychological wellbeing.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead services across Central Queensland.
  • Ensure excellence in service delivery, human resources, finance, contracts and accreditation.
  • Foster strong partnerships with the Department and care providers.
  • Promote a culture of learning, safety, and continuous improvement
  • Prepare strategic plans and drive operational planning.
Mandatory Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in social or behavioural sciences, social work or psychology (or related discipline).
  • Minimum 5 years relevant experience at a managerial level.
