Activation Manager Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Activation Manager to lead our programmatic strategy and campaign management efforts. This role requires a strong ability to integrate insights from multiple digital channels to build holistic media solutions.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Develop integrated data-led recommendations aligned with client briefs and business objectives.
  • Oversee quality control of outputs from campaign set-up and optimisation to reporting and media briefs.
  • Lead the development of strategic plans for complex campaigns, working closely with cross-functional teams.
  • Maintain and develop productive partnerships with key media and technology partners.

About You: To be successful in this role, you will need a deep understanding of programmatic advertising, data-driven marketing strategies, and campaign execution.

Key Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in programmatic advertising and campaign management.
  • Strong analytical skills, including data analysis and interpretation.
  • Excellent communication and relationship-building skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications or related field.
