The Client Contracts Lead plays a pivotal role in ensuring the accuracy and completeness of client contract information within our operating platform.
Key Responsibilities- Supervise and oversee a team to achieve key performance indicators, focusing on process efficiencies and motivating team members.
- Update and maintain contract databases, responding to associated queries and communicating product pricing changes to ensure invoicing accuracy.
- Ensure timely communication of customer changes to internal stakeholders, including customer billing and sales operations teams.
- Identify process improvements to optimize team efficiency, setting team KPIs and supporting stakeholders and clients internally and externally.
- Minimum 5 years' experience in a corporate commercial environment or finance sector.
- Familiarity with numerous financial systems and solid understanding of financial processes.
- Strong data entry skills with focus on accuracy, high IT literacy, and intermediate-advanced Excel skills.
- Demonstrated flexibility, initiative, and attention to detail, with ability to juggle multiple tasks and prioritize outcomes.
- Able to work autonomously and as part of a team, maintaining confidentiality and demonstrating business/financial systems thinking approach.
