Digital Executive

The role requires creating, implementing, tracking, analysing and optimising paid advertising campaigns in various platforms.

This involves delivering digital brilliant basics across social media channels, including online video, BVOD, social, display and programmatic.

The Digital Executive will also support with media buying, reporting, checking bookings and preparing reports.

A strong financial acumen is required to manage budgets and spends effectively, as well as invoicing and reconciling best practices.

Effective communication and time management skills are necessary to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Create, implement, track, analyse and optimise paid advertising campaigns in Meta, Google, Reddit, Pinterest – with a key focus on Meta and Google.
  • Deliver digital brilliant basics across Social: Online Video, BVOD, Social, Display and Programmatic
  • Supporting across; media buying, reporting, checking bookings as well as the preparation of reports including post analysis, final buys, and other reporting requirements.
  • Strong financial acumen and experience of managing budgets and spends, as well as invoicing and reconciling best practice to ensure little to no errors and account queries.
  • Reporting and WIPs with the client – providing solutions and ideas, problem solving and making recommendations.
  • Optimising campaigns, briefing specialist teams, finance and contribution to invoice management.
About You:
  • Exposure to media partner relationships and product knowledge, and the ability to engage and adhere to our Media Partner engagement approach.
  • Proven experience in platforms of Meta and Search (Google).
  • Strong verbal communication and time management skills with the ability to prioritise and work to timelines.
  • Proficiency in supporting on building of documentation, strong administrative skills and attention to detail to support managers.
  • A proven track record for managing and processing media bookings in an accurate and timely manner.
