Early Childhood Educator Role

We're seeking an experienced Early Childhood Educator to join our team. As an Inclusion Support Educator, you will play a vital role in creating an inclusive environment that fosters the growth and development of all children.

A Day in the Life

Your day will be filled with engaging activities and interactions with children, from setting up and facilitating play-based activities to collaborating with your Room Leader to meet quality principles and curriculum goals.

You'll also have the chance to contribute to team reflection and decision-making, ensuring we're always striving for excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities

  • Support the inclusion of children with additional needs in a mainstream educational setting
  • Develop and implement individualized learning plans to promote each child's unique growth and development
  • Collaborate with colleagues to achieve high-quality education and care outcomes
  • Maintain accurate records and documentation to support quality assurance and improvement

Requirements

  • Cert III or Diploma qualification in Early Childhood Education (or working towards)
  • Current Working with Children's Check or willingness to obtain one
  • Up-to-date First Aid, Anaphylaxis, and Asthma certifications
