Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced educator who can provide individualized support plans for children with additional needs, while also promoting understanding and awareness of inclusion within the broader community.

  • Work collaboratively with educators, families, and specialists to develop and implement inclusive practices that cater to the diverse needs of all children.
  • Provide guidance and support to ensure that all children can engage meaningfully in the learning environment, regardless of their abilities or challenges.
  • Assist in sourcing and utilizing specialist equipment and resources to facilitate inclusion, while adhering to the guidelines of the Inclusion Support Program.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrated experience in supporting children with additional needs.
  • A relevant qualification in Early Childhood Education and Care (preferably ACECQA-approved).
  • Current First Aid training and CPR Certificate.
  • A valid Working with Children Check.
  • Knowledge of EYLF and NQS.
