Job Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned HR Manager to lead our Australian retail team's human resources operations. This role will oversee talent acquisition, recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with store managers to develop and implement strategic initiatives for talent management and organizational growth.
  • Oversee the entire hiring process, identifying top talent and fostering an exceptional work environment.
  • Provide guidance and support to new hires during onboarding, ensuring a seamless transition into their roles.
  • Offer expert advice and assistance to managers and employees on personnel-related matters, including performance management and employee relations.
  • Administer payroll in accordance with Australian regulations, working closely with our US-based payroll team and third-party systems.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or Business with an HR major is required.
  • Professional certifications such as AHRI or CIPD are preferred; ongoing professional development is expected.
  • A minimum of 7 years of experience in progressively responsible HR roles within retail or sales-oriented organizations.
  • Working knowledge of HR principles, policies, and practices within a retail environment is essential.
