We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Charles O'Neill, an 80-bed home offering exceptional care to our residents.
As a Registered Nurse, you will provide holistic, safe, and quality care to our residents, consistent with our Mission, Philosophy, and Values. You will be a team-player with excellent communication skills, able to liaise with care staff, family members, doctors, and the management team.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality care to residents, including assisting them to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.
- Liaise with care staff, family members, doctors, and the management team to ensure seamless care delivery.
- Complete necessary reporting, progress notes, and incident reporting, while maintaining all policies and procedures in place.
Requirements:
- Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
- Previous experience as a Registered Nurse within an aged care environment - 2 years minimum.
- Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation.
- NDIS check or willingness to obtain.
