Nurse Practitioner

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at our Merrylands Facility. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents, ensuring they receive the highest level of clinical care and support.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct clinical care to residents, including assessments, care planning, and implementation of care plans
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure seamless care delivery and resident outcomes
- Develop and maintain relationships with residents, families, and carers to ensure person-centered care
- Participate in staff education and training to enhance skills and knowledge
- Contribute to quality improvement initiatives to enhance resident care and experience
- Current AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse
- Minimum 2 years of aged care experience as an RN
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- A genuine enthusiasm, care, and compassion for working with elderly people
- Understanding of ANACC, including assessments, documentation, and funding submissions
