Catholic Healthcare is a leading not-for-profit provider of residential aged care, home and community services, and retirement living across NSW and SE QLD. We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at Charles O'Neill, an 80-bed home in Mayfield West, NSW.

About the Role:

  • Provide holistic, safe, and quality care to our residents, consistent with our Mission, Philosophy, and Values.
  • Assist residents to live an active and meaningful life as independently as possible.
  • Liaise with care staff, family members, doctors, and the management team to ensure seamless care delivery.
  • Complete necessary reporting, progress notes, and incident reporting, while maintaining all policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • A caring nature and a commitment to delivering exceptional care.
  • Current APHRA registration to practice as a Registered Nurse.
  • Previous experience as a Registered Nurse within an aged care environment (minimum 2 years).
  • Understanding of continuous quality improvement and accreditation.
  • NDIS check or willingness to obtain.
