Facilities Officer Job

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Facilities Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day delivery of maintenance and services to our property portfolio.

The key responsibilities of this role include coordinating minor property alterations, conducting routine property inspections, monitoring maintenance requests and work orders, completing reactive maintenance works, monitoring contractor activities, approving work orders and processing invoices, tracking budgets and purchase orders, and complying with statutory and regulatory frameworks.

Key Skills and Qualifications:
  • Relevant experience in facilities management or a related field.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
