We are seeking a highly skilled Customer Support Liaison to join our team in Canning Vale. This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to provide exceptional customer service and support.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for providing face-to-face customer support at various customer sites, replenishing vending machines, maintaining close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met, and undertaking stocktakes in accordance with company requirements.
Key Responsibilities- Provide strict adherence to all customer and company WHS policies and procedures;
- Offer face-to-face customer support at customer sites;
- Travel to multiple customer sites to replenish vending machines;
- Maintain close contact with customers to ensure service levels are met;
- Undertake stocktakes in accordance with company requirements.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Customer Service or Retail experience with warehousing knowledge an advantage;
- A strong commitment to safety;
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build relationships with customers;
- Ability to work unsupervised and demonstrated reliability;
- Computer literate and excellent problem-solving skills in a fast-paced environment;
- A valid driver's vehicle license.
This role offers a competitive salary of $52,000 - $57,000 per year and a standard 8 hour shift from Monday to Friday. You will also have the opportunity to work in a dynamic team environment and develop your skills and knowledge in customer service and support.
